What is the difference between membership and Annual Program Support?
A membership to the Indianapolis Art Center allows you to take advantage of early class registration and discounts on classes. Annual Program Support Giving Clubs, beginning with the Palette level include a basic membership and help the Art Center achieve its mission to make art accessible—our goal is to allow everyone to experience the transformative power of art. Annual Program Support level gifts are tax-deductible and support the rich diversity of artistic experiences allowing the Art Center to: keep the cost of classes low; provide scholarships for youth and those who are physically challenged; exhibit the best in local, regional and national art at no charge; and, provide discipline based art education to the youth of our community.
How can I upgrade my membership to Annual Program Support?
The Indianapolis Art Center has several levels of Annual Program Support that range from $250 to $10,000 which all include membership benefits. You may upgrade at any time, regardless of when your current membership expires. At each level you will receive enhanced benefits such as complimentary Broad Ripple Art Fair tickets, free Art Center classes, invitations to private receptions, discounts on Art Center facility rentals and more. If you do not wish to receive member benefits, you may also make a tax-deductible gift in any amount to the Indianapolis Art Center by contacting development at 255-2464, ext. 226.
